Grab a cup of tea or a glass of wine and get to know the other members better. We want to ensure that our members are not just an anonymous mass, but get to know each other, exchange ideas and give advice. We also want to find out which topics you are currently concerned with, which challenges you have to master in your everyday life and where we as an association can represent your interests.
It should simply be a casual conversation with each other, where everyone can have their say and get feedback from the others. Depending on how many participate, we can also set up smaller breakout rooms on specific topics. However, we also want our members’ input on current “Women in Tech” issues.
The WiT Lounge takes place every two to three months on weekdays in the evening. We use Discord for this – as a member of our NGO you will receive a link from us that will take you directly to our Discord server.
